Refunds and Returns
All sales are final as each order is crafted specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to process cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@beatahome.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will make every effort to arrange for a suitable replacement or repair. To expedite this process, we kindly ask that you provide us with photographs of the artwork and its original packaging. These images can be sent to us via email at info@beatahome.com. Please also retain both the artwork and its original packaging until a replacement or repair has been confirmed.
