If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@beatahome.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will make every effort to arrange for a suitable replacement or repair. To expedite this process, we ask that you provide us with photographs of the artwork and its original packaging. These images can be sent to us via email at info@beatahome.com. Please also retain both the artwork and its original packaging until a replacement or repair has been confirmed. Please be aware that failure to meet these requirements may hinder our ability to assist with replacements or repairs.
