Fine Art Prints ship within 4-5 business days. Framed art can take up to 7-9 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

Before finalizing your choices, take a moment to double-check that everything is correct. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, modifications, or cancellations.

• Economy– 3-7 business days. Available for smaller prints.
• Standard– 1-5 business days. Larger prints or framed artwork.
• International– Average transit time 2-4 weeks.

All sales are final as each order is crafted specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to process cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@beatahome.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will make every effort to arrange for a suitable replacement or repair. To expedite this process, we kindly ask that you provide us with photographs of the artwork and its original packaging. These images can be sent to us via email at info@beatahome.com. Please also retain both the artwork and its original packaging until a replacement or repair has been confirmed. Please be aware that failure to meet these requirements may hinder our ability to assist with replacements or repairs.
